About us

InFactory Solutions GmbH (InFy) is a 100% Airbus subsidiary located in Munich Area. InFy develops solutions for automated quality inspection of aircraft components during manufacturing. Our multidisciplinary team groups different competence fields from software, mechanical, electrical engineering.

„ Sensor Solutions

Our challenge is to generalize sensor solutions for a large range of variations in components geometries, surface quality and materials, e.g. Aircraft „Carbon Fiber“ fuselage and wing components (4m² to 100m²).

„ Sensor Systems

Our sensor systems are in-house built or customized cameras or Laser scanners for defect detection and object measurement covering the whole process chain. e.g. Monitoring of „Automated Fiber Placement“ & „Automated Tape Laying“ process.

„ Data Analysis

Our systems are integrated in OEM Machines or designed as end-to-end independent solutions with „mobile“ interface (industrial robots) to collect and analyze data in Real Time.

Testia is an Airbus company with 30 years of experience in Aerostructure Inspections and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Thanks to its global presence with facilities in Europe, North America and Asia, Testia can provide worldwide services and a global solution to the industry needs.

With a unique range of NDT products and services, Testia is the end-to-end Aerospace NDT provider. It offers a broad range of NDT and Quality Inspection Equipment for quick and efficient analysis of structures, components and assembly. Testia also trains and qualifies personnel in all NDT methods, at all qualification levels, as well as provides inspections, consultancy and engineering services.
